宁波耐吉新星自动化设备有限公司是由宁波耐吉科技股份有限公司与韩国新星产电株式会社合资组建的合资企业，主要开发、研制、生产、销售12/24/40.5kV户外柱上开关的专业性企业,于2008年引进西班牙伊奈尔（INAEL）技术，生产、销售12/24/36kV六氟化硫环网柜。
耐吉新星坐落在依傍东海的慈溪市杭州湾新区，处于沪、杭、甬交通“金三角”的支点区域，毗领中国最大的工业城市上海，亚洲最大跨海大桥——杭州湾大桥将建于新区西部。这里人杰地灵、钟灵毓秀，是一个古老而充满现化气息的滨海经济开发区。
耐吉新星一直倡导“以人为本，科技领先”的发展理念，引进韩国的生产技术，成功开发出SPV系列永磁/弹操真空断路器、ZW20系列真空断路器、FZW28系列真空负荷开关、SPF系列SF6断路器、SPG系列SF6负荷开关、配网自动化一次设备、12/24/36kV六氟化硫环网柜等产品，并均通过PCCC产品认证。公司还在内部管理流程中全面推行ERP管理技术，从市场预测与分析、新产品开发、工程设计、生产制造到服务跟综的全过程，基本实现了信息化管理，具有年产10000台户外开关的生产能力。
